2012 Azalea Festival welcomes along with the Up Up & Away hot air balloon festival will be April 13 & 14, 2012 in Veterans Park. Arts & Crafts Vendors, Games, Food, Entertainment, Rides, Car Show, Hot Air Balloons (weather permitting) Azalea Bud Pageant, 5k Race and much much more. Come join the fun!
The 5K run is a longtime “running” tradition in the Azalea Festival. The run begins in Veterans Park then runs along Elvis Presley Drive past the historical birthplace of Elvis Presley thru the surrounding neighborhood re-entering Veterans park winding around the lake back to the festival site. April 13th, 2012 The 2012 Azalea Bud Pageant will be held April 13th at the JT Neely Building inside the festival grounds at Veterans Park.
